Form CSR-01 is a compliance document under the Companies Act, 2013 in India. It is related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and is required for entities to register themselves with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) as eligible to undertake CSR activities on behalf of companies.
